Origins
This range of cheeses are our origin. Bornt directly within the heart of Minho, in 15 November 2000, this is the genuine cheese made with 100% cow´s milk. It’s recipe, brought to us by our ancestors, was developed throughout the years to offer a unique product with an intense flavor. With a diversity of buttery and cured cheeses that are largely appreciated for their unique characteristics.
The buttery cheeses are a semi-soft paste with a yellowish colour, cured under controlled conditions and with manual pressing. Their buttery texture result in a soft cut and very tasty. The aged cheeses are cured for longer periods which intensifies the flavor and transform the soft paste into a harder one. These are intensefull cheeses made for demanding palates.
